Eight people were killed and over 200 others sustained injuries when Amtrak Train 188 crashed in Philadelphia on May 12, 2015. The commuter train, frequently occupied by lawmakers, was traveling from Washington D.C. to New York City with 238 passengers and five Amtrak staff on board when it derailed at around 9:30 p.m.
Just days after the initial crash, attorney Ronald Goldman discussed this tragedy and the NTSB investigation.
Mr. Goldman also discussed the urgent need for Positive Train Control.
