Sasha Shariati

Sasha Shariati is a senior associate attorney at Wisner Baum's Los Angeles office, where she focuses her practice on pharmaceutical drug liability, products liability, and toxic torts.
With a background in complex commercial and IP litigation, Sasha brings a different perspective to the mass torts sphere. In her previous practice, she represented clientele across a wide variety of industries, addressing each case with an individualized approach shaped by the unique needs and objectives of each client.
While in law school, Sasha competed nationally in negotiation and mediation competitions as part of her school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team and was a senior submissions editor of the UC Law Science and Technology Journal. The journal is an academic legal publication focused on emerging issues at the intersection of law, science, and technology.
Sasha’s precise, detail-oriented approach to the law makes her especially effective in navigating complex litigation. Her extensive litigation experience, combined with her strong analytical and advocacy skills, enables her to develop thoughtful legal strategies and effectively represent clients in high-stakes matters. Sasha is passionate about advocating for individuals and families harmed by corporate negligence and is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with compassion and diligence.
