Continental Connection Flight 3407 Lawsuit

Ronald Goldman, a veteran aviation disaster attorney, and pilot from the mass disaster law firm Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman filed a lawsuit on behalf of the children of spiritual leader, Susan Wehle, who was killed in the crash of Continental Connection Flight 3407 near Buffalo, NY. The lawsuit names Continental Airlines, Pinnacle Airlines, Colgan Air, and Bombardier Aerospace Corporation as defendants and alleges that the flight crew lost control of the aircraft due to, among other things, a combination of airfoil icing, negligent actions of the flight crew, and an inadequate, defective, de-icing system of the aircraft.

According to Mr. Goldman, Susan was her son’s primary means of support, not only financially, but emotionally.

The aircraft left Newark, New Jersey, and crashed about six miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport on February 12, 2009.
