KSBY News reports on a Monsanto wrongful death lawsuit filed on behalf of Teri McCall, the widow of a popular Cambria farmer in California. The lawsuit against Monsanto, the maker of the herbicide Roundup, alleges that the company purposely downplayed the cancer risk from exposure to the herbicide. The lawsuit also alleges that Monsanto failed to adequately warn farmers that its product may cause cancer.
