Did you know that when you purchase a ticket on Carnival Cruise Lines you are agreeing to waive most of your rights to sue if something goes wrong? Transportation attorney, Clark Aristei, speaks with KNBC about your limited rights to take any legal action if you are involved in some type of incident while a passenger on a cruise ship.This comes days after a fire broke out on the Carnival Cruise ship, Triumph, which caused the ship to lose power. Five days later, the roughly 4,200 people aboard were finally able to disembark in Mobile, Alabama.
