This truck crash video depicts the actions of the negligent Tyson Foods truck driver as he hits a pick-up truck head-on at a high speed on a highway in Ohio. The evidence presented at this trial resulted in one of the highest wrongful death verdicts for the death of an unmarried person in Ohio state's history, $7,028,687.

The impact of the 50,000 lb. Tyson truck pushed Daniel Brumfield and his pick-up backward by 562 feet, practically the length of two football fields, before they came to a stop, with Daniel's truck still pinned and crushed to the front of the Tyson tractor-trailer.
