Best Lawyers® | Wisner Baum

Best Lawyers® recognizes 14 attorneys from Wisner Baum for their exceptional legal skills in its 2025 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch™.

Best Lawyers is one of the oldest and most respected peer review publications in the legal profession. Recognition in Best Lawyers is based entirely on the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area.

A listing in Best Lawyers is widely regarded by both clients and legal professionals as a significant honor, as it is conferred on a lawyer by his or her peers. Best Lawyers lists are created by conducting exhaustive peer review surveys, in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.

Best Lawyers states that chosen lawyers are “the best legal talent in the world, case closed.” As for the Ones to Watch, the publication notes that these attorneys are the “most elite rising talent in the country.”

The publication’s lists are created by conducting exhaustive peer review surveys, in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.

If the votes for an attorney are positive enough for inclusion in Best Lawyers, that attorney must maintain those votes in subsequent polls to remain on the list for each edition. Lawyers are not permitted to pay any fee to participate in or be included on the Best Lawyers lists.
